Warm up….
Buy in: 800m run 
20 x Overhead Squat 
10 x sandbag clean 
10 x burpee 
5 rounds 
Cash out: 800m run 
Lots of yard work still needed to be done today so nothing too crazy just some minimalist conditioning. Get everything you need set up and knock out a quick warm up. Do your 800m run cash in and send it if you want to make the movements a bit more difficult. After you hit your fifth round of the triplet kilo right back into another 800m run and give it all you have for the finish. Your breathing should be the limiting factor here if you’re hitting muscular fatigue it’s time to cycle a bit more strength and strength endurance into your routine.
